Event Guidelines - The Strata

Before Event

  • Tent Installation / Road Closure: Refer to Appendix A for guidance.
  • Fill Notification Form: Submit online to Residents Association (except for emergencies).
  • RELA Assistance: Highly encouraged for traffic control.

During Event

  • Do Not Block: Paths, corners, and emergency lanes must remain clear.
  • Respect Neighbors: Ensure guests do not park in front of neighbors' houses without permission.
  • Designated Parking: Direct guests to proper parking areas (See Appendix B).

After Event

  • Tent Removal: Must be dismantled within 2 days if using The Strata road.
  • Clean Up: Ensure the area is free of litter and the environment is restored.

Tent Installation Guide

Application for Road Closure:

  1. This is a permission request to MPKj (not a permit/license) as the area outside the house parcel is public.
  2. Protects applicant from compounds if neighbors complain.
  3. Submit form physically to MPKj Enforcement Department 7 days before the event.
  4. Attach a location plan (Google Maps/sketch) showing the road closure and tent setup.
  5. No fee is charged.
