JaGaApp is The Strata’s official app for security, communication, and daily resident needs.

What is JagaApp?

JaGaApp 2.0 is a modern and easy-to-use security app that connects residents, security guards, and the management office in one platform. It makes daily tasks simple from registering visitors to receiving alerts, all with just a few taps.

To improve safety and convenience for everyone at The Strata, we are now implementing JaGaApp 2.0 as our official security and communication system.

JagaApp Purpose

  • Visitor Registration:Residents can pre-register guests and generate QR codes for faster entry.
  • Real Time Monitoring: Security guards can verify visitor information instantly to enhance safety
  • Access Management: Helps track who enters the residence area and ensures only authorized visitors are allowed.
  • Notification Alerts: Residents receive updates when their visitors check in.
  • Vehicle and QR Tracking:Supports scanning and recording visitor vehicle details for security audits.

Yes, all strata residents are required to use the JaGaApp as it is used for security levy payments and for managing security-related matters such as visitor and vehicle access.

Can JaGaApp be used to report security issues or emergencies?

Yes. Residents can use JaGaApp to report security issues, suspicious activities, or emergencies directly to the security team for quicker response.

Is JaGaApp linked to security levy payments?

Yes. All Strata residents need to pay security levy payments through JagaApp starting Jan 2025. All payment records before Jan 2025 can be viewed here.
