Is it mandatory for all residents/owners to register as an official member?

How do I register or apply to become an official member of the RA?

You can register by completing the official membership form available from the management office or downloading it from the Resident Guides section of this website. Submit the completed form along with any required documentation (proof of residency/ownership) and the annual fee.

What are the main benefits of becoming an official member?

Main benefits include the right to vote in the Annual General Meeting (AGM), eligibility to stand for election to the Ahli Jawatankuasa (AJK), and priority access to certain community facilities and events.

When does the current term for the Ahli Jawatankuasa (AJK) end, and when will the next election be held?

How do I get a new RFID sticker or access card for my vehicle?

What should I do if my access card is lost or damaged?

The swimming pool and gym facilities are available daily from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Please note that these hours are subject to change for scheduled maintenance, which will be announced via the Announcements board.
