Everything you need to know about joining The Strata community.

Registration Requirements

  • Eligibility: Open to all owners, family members of owners, or tenants of The Strata Bandar Puteri Bangi (18+ years old, Malaysian citizens).
  • Limit: Maximum of 2 memberships per unit at a time.
  • Approval: Applicants become entitled members after approval and payment of the registration fee and monthly security fee.
  • Data Privacy: Personal information is collected solely for citizenship verification and emergency contact purposes.

Registration Fee: RM 20.00 (One-time payment)
Annual Fee: RM 20.00 (Yearly renewal)
